Stays from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in 5pm/Check-out 10am.
Rates include: Energy/water/gas consumptions, private parking, free entrance to the pool, sunumbrellas and sunbeds free, bed linen and towels that will be changed once a week, TV color, final cleaning (except the kitchenette), use of residence services and kids entertainers.
Rates do not include: Security deposit: 150,00 euro. Uncleaned kitchenette: 40,00 euro.
Extra services:
  • Extra bed linen change: 5,00 euro per set;
  • Extra towels change: 5,00 euro per set;
  • Air conditioning: 30,00 euro per week/per two room apartment; 40,00 euro per week/per three room apartment;
  • Half board (reservation needed): 140,00 euro per person/per week;
  • Full board (reservation needed): 260,00 euro per person/per week;
  • High chair / stroller rent: 15,00 euro per week - cradle is free of charge;
  • Extra cleaning (except kitchenette): 25,00 euro per service/two room appartment; 30,00 euro per service/three room apartment (our staff will clean the flat in the morning including making the beds, cleaning the bathroom, the floor and removing the rubbish).
  • Affiliated free beach: the staff will put the sunumbrella, deck chair or sunbed where you like and will take them back in the evening.
  • Affiliated Privat Beach: a sunumbrella with two deck chairs and private parking.
      Animals are not admitted.
