Stays from Saturday to Saturday. From 5 pm on arrival day to 10 am on leaving day.
Rates include: energy, water and gas cunsumptions, a parking place in the private parking, free entrance to the pool, bed linen and towels that will be changed every week, TV color, final cleaning (except the kitchenette), use of residence services and kids entertainers.
Rates do not include: Security deposit of 150,00 Euros. Charge if the kitchenette has not been cleaned: 40,00 Euros.
Extra services:
  • Extra bed linen/towels change: 8,00 Euros per person;
  • Air conditioning (where available): 20,00 Euros per week for a two-room flat;
  • Half board (reservation needed): 105,00 Euros per person per week;
  • Full board (reservation needed): 185,00 Euros per person per week;
  • High chair/ stroller rent: 15,00 Euros per week, cradle is free of charge;
  • Extra cleaning (except kitchenette): 20,00 Euros per day for a two-room flat (our staff will clean the flat in the morning including making the beds, cleaning the bathroom, the floor and removing the rubbish. The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guest).
  • Affiliated free beach: our staff will put the umbrella, deck chair or lounge chair where you choose them to be, and will take them back in the evening.
  • Animals are not admitted.
